The Battle of Shiloh: Gawker Media stares down Time Inc.

plastic_doll.jpgBlogebrity Props* go out to Lockhart Steele and Nick Denton, for standing up to the legal threats of Time, Inc. in the Shiloh baby pic scandal. While we’re personally quite sick of all of this Baby Pitt-Jolie news, we’ll show up to cheer a Fair Use battle any day.

If we’re forced to live in a world where we can’t freely post pictures of the Chosen One, what’s the point of living at all?
